### The bootcamp

AI Season Cohort 02 runs from 1st January 2027 to 12th February 2027. It is 12 live online sessions over 6 weeks, taught by Abdul Rahman Azam. Explanations are in Urdu and code is in English. Sessions are on Google Meet and recorded for students in that cohort. A basic Python background is the expected starting point.

### Price and payment

The fee is PKR 3,000 at the early-bird rate until 30th November 2026, and PKR 4,500 after that. You pay the rate in force on the day you pay. In Pakistan, payment is a transfer to the Easypaisa or Meezan Bank account on the [payment page](https://aiseason.tech/enroll/payment), followed by a receipt screenshot on the [enrolment form](https://aiseason.tech/enroll). Students outside Pakistan arrange payment on WhatsApp. The seat is confirmed after the screenshot is checked.

The receipt screenshot is handled as described in the [privacy policy](https://aiseason.tech/privacy): it is kept until that cohort ends, plus 90 days, and then deleted. That retention is the published policy.

### Refunds

There is no standard refund. The only refund is the [refund policy](https://aiseason.tech/refund). The instructor marks the Mid Test and the Final Test, the two scores are added, and the three highest combined totals get back the exact amount that student paid. If more than three students tie on the cutoff score, every student on that tied score is refunded. The payout is within 14 days of the final results being published. No other refunds are given.

### Sessions, recordings and the certificate

Live attendance is expected. Recordings are shared with the cohort so a missed session can be watched later. Missing a session does not reduce the fee and does not create a refund. Completing the bootcamp earns a certificate of completion that can be checked at [aiseason.tech/verify](https://aiseason.tech/verify). Test scores follow the refund policy; the certificate is for completing the bootcamp, not for finishing in the top three.

### Conduct

The cohort WhatsApp group and the live sessions are for students enrolled in that cohort. Do not share payment receipts, another student's contact details, or the meeting link outside the cohort. Abdul Rahman Azam may remove someone who harasses other students or disrupts a session. Removal is not a refund.
