AgentHack 2026 has a PKR 50,000 cash prize pool split across the top three teams: PKR 25,000 for the Grand Champion, PKR 15,000 for the runner-up and PKR 10,000 for third place. The prize is paid to the team, so a solo builder keeps the whole amount and a team of three splits it however they agreed. Winners are announced on 16 August 2026 from 1:00 PM PKT.
Beyond the cash
The Grand Champion of AgentHack 2026 also gets a winner's trophy, a signed certificate, a one-to-one mentor call with Abdul Rahman Azam and a feature across AI Season's channels. Second and third place get medals, certificates and a social spotlight. Every team that submits a working entry receives a digital participation certificate they can put on LinkedIn.
How to win
Judges score AgentHack entries on agentic depth, execution, impact and originality, and demo clarity. The pattern that wins is a genuinely autonomous agent — one that plans, calls real tools and recovers from failure — demoed live and explained clearly in the 3-minute slot. A polished wrapper around a single prompt scores poorly no matter how good the UI looks.
