What is collected
Enrolment collects three things: your name, your contact details, and a receipt screenshot of the payment. Contact details on the form are your email address, WhatsApp number and city. The form also asks for your university and semester so the cohort list is accurate.
The receipt screenshot must show the transaction ID and the amount. It is used to confirm that the transfer reached the Easypaisa or Meezan Bank account named on the payment page.
Why it is collected
The name and contact details are used to register you, send the cohort WhatsApp invite after payment is checked, and reach you about sessions. The receipt screenshot is used only to verify that payment. AI Season does not sell enrolment records or receipt screenshots.
How long receipt screenshots are kept
Receipt screenshots are kept until the cohort you enrolled in ends, plus 90 days, and are then deleted. For Cohort 02, the cohort ends on 12th February 2027, so a receipt screenshot from that cohort is deleted 90 days after 12th February 2027.
This retention period is the published policy. Receipt screenshots are not kept longer than the cohort end date plus 90 days.
