Refund policy
There is no standard refund for AI Season. The instructor marks the Mid Test and the Final Test, the scores are added, and the three highest combined totals get back the exact amount that student paid. These four rules are the whole refund policy.

The four rules
- Scores. The instructor marks both the Mid Test and the Final Test. The two scores are added. The three highest combined totals get back the exact amount that student paid — the early-bird fee or the regular fee, whichever that student paid. A student is ranked only when both tests have a score. If fewer than three students have a combined total, every student who has one is refunded.
- Ties. If more than three students tie on the cutoff score, every student on that tied score is refunded. The cutoff score is the combined total that fills third place. Everyone ranked strictly above that score is refunded as well. Anyone below the cutoff is not.
- Payout. The refund is paid within 14 days of the final results being published. The amount is the exact fee that student paid, sent by the operator after the results are published to the cohort.
- Nothing else. There are no other refunds. Leaving the cohort, missing sessions, skipping a test, or changing your mind does not qualify.
Example of a tie: combined totals of 90, 85, 80 and 80. Third place is 80, so 80 is the cutoff score. Both students on 80 are refunded, and so are the students on 90 and 85. That is four refunds. A student on 70 is below the cutoff and is not refunded. If four students all score 90, they tie on the cutoff and all four are refunded.
What this replaces
AI Season does not offer a cooling-off refund, a partial refund, or a refund for absence. The top-three result is the only way the fee comes back. The same rule is part of the terms of service. How the receipt screenshot is stored is the privacy policy.
How results are published
